Shackletons Win Gold Again!

...for the 5th year running!

...plus Silver in the Greatest Indoor Living award for the 2nd year running!

Yet again, Shackletons have triumphed at The Greatest Awards! Shackletons fought off strong competition from around the UK to claim gold for the fifth year in a row at “The Greatest Outdoor Leisure Sales Team” at The Greatest Awards 2011. Additionally, Shackletons Home and Garden Centre team came runners up and claimed silver in the “The Greatest Indoor Living and Styles Sales Team” award for the second consecutive year.

The Greatest Awards acknowledge the hard work and dedication of the teams of people who make UK garden centre retailing so vibrant. It is also the only industry awards scheme that takes into account the views of the most important people - gardening customers and they voted in their thousands!

The presentation of The Greatest Awards took place on Tuesday 22nd June at The National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham. The Greatest Awards are organised to help to raise money for the Green Fingers Appeal, the charity of the gardening industry, dedicated to creating and improving gardens at UK Children's Hospices.

This prestigious award represents a great achievement not only for Shackletons but for Lancashire. Shackletons have recently invested in a new 40,000 sq ft extension dedicating around 20,000 sq ft each to an outdoor furniture and indoor living furniture showrooms, showcasing the very best in luxury outdoor and indoor living products.
